A Universal Representative must be passionate about servicing members and delivering high volume of sales production. This position assists with teller transactions and account services as requested. Time spent in various aspects of this role will vary depending upon branch traffic and needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule & Training:

Shift includes 32- 40 hours per week between Monday - Thursday (9am - 5pm), and Friday (9am - 6pm). Hours will be based on the needs of the department.

Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Other Skills: Able to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand and walk or maneuver around the branch.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
