We are currently seeking a Mortgage Recruiter to help grow our team


Over the past year, we have expanded our company across four businesses: Society Mortgage, Society Insure, Society Homes, and Society Title. Our efforts have been so successful, we're looking to expand our recruiting team so we can continue on this trajectory.


The opportunity with Society Mortgage goes hand-in-hand with the level of autonomy we offer. While these are the general responsibilities and expectations of this role, the sky is the limit if you have skills elsewhere. First and foremost, we're looking for leaders. Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle corporate recruitment
  • Actively source and review candidates
  • Process new applications
  • Conduct interviews via Microsoft Teams
  • Qualify or deny candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates in the hiring process


​Qualifications:

  • Mortgage recruiting experience required
  • Proven success working as a corporate recruiter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • College degree preferred
