Job Title: Guidewire Performance Tester Lead

Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid model)


Skills Required:

• Subject Matter expertise in performance engineering and testing for cloud applications

• Hands-on Performance test experience of Guidewire cloud platform using LoadRunner, JMeter, Ready API, Dynatrace, Splunk & Data Dog

• Experience with Guidewire, Digital applications/portal implementations

• Collaborative skills with planning, designing, and executing performance test strategy


Job description is as below:

• Drive the conversations with architect, technical, and product teams and help clients define Non Functional Requirements for Guidewire cloud applications and legacy systems

• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand the NFR SLAs and create the performance test strategy

• Be able to work with GW product teams and provide recommendations of baseline product SLAs

• Performance testing tooling setup, environment strategy, and tool setup

• Scripts stabilization, enhancements, and test data management

• Early PT, Load, Stress, and Endurance testing

• Load generation, Load balancing, and performance monitoring

• Review test artifacts with DPOs & business teams

• Defect management, test execution and reporting
