We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Retail Product Lines team, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of global retail. This is an opportunity to drive product creation and merchandising strategies, ensuring our offerings resonate with consumers and meet business goals. As a Product Manager for Retail Product Lines, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing innovative product solutions to market.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage product creation processes across multiple business lines, ensuring strategic alignment with merchandising goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product plans that meet both consumer needs and business objectives.
  • Drive decisions by understanding key business systems, product lifecycles, and market trends.
  • Ensure successful product launches by overseeing timelines, deliverables, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Operate with agility and adaptability in ambiguous situations, driving solutions and innovations.
  • Lead with a positive collective spirit and create a ‘one team’ environment across functions.
  • Set clear priorities and expectations for cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration.
  • Confidently engage internal and external partners through presenting key product stories and strategies.
  • Acknowledge and celebrate differences to arrive at the best outcome.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in merchandising and/or product creation with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple business areas and managing diverse product lines.
  • Strong understanding of product development systems, business processes, and decision-making in a retail context.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strategic, consumer-focused mindset.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace, and consumer landscape.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in apparel product management, particularly in a global or large-scale retail setting.
  • A positive, collaborative leader who can inspire cross-functional teams and navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience delivering impactful results in cross-functional team leadership.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD) or certifications in business, merchandising, or product management are highly desirable.
