As a Senior Product Line Manager - Kids Performance Apparel, you will oversee all facets of the product creation process for a portion of the Kids apparel product line. You will lead cross-functional teams including design, development, operation, merchandising, and brand from product brief to product delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver the most innovative product in the industry for kids
  • Setting clear priorities and expectations for cross-functional teams, while fostering collaboration
  • Partnering closely with merchandising partners to create and clearly articulate seasonal product strategies
  • Strategically thinking to gather athlete and consumer insights to define a product strategy that serves kids and their empowering adults
  • Confidently engaging internal and external partners through presenting key product stories and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product and/or merchandising roles
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace, and consumer landscape
