Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze Business Challenges: Identify and resolve issues, design new processes, and improve existing ones.
  • Document Development: Create and maintain process flows, best practices, and task execution documents.
  • Record Maintenance: Prepare and maintain records, documents, files, and reports for the sales community.
  • Request Management: Handle requests through the shared mailbox, ensuring timely resolution for the sales team.
  • AI Integration: Develop and implement generative AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
  • Salesforce Management: Ensure real-time updates of all client-related activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Sales Support: Monitor pipeline progress, lead generation, sales performance, and KPIs with regional sales teams.
  • Project Management: Oversee new sales tools and processes, including user testing and rollout plans.
  • Community Engagement: Support and animate a community of 150+ Salesforce users.
  • Reporting: Maintain and produce reports using Power BI tools, supporting regional decision-making processes.
  • Pricing Analysis: Review and manage price indexation, exception pricing, and sales quotes compliance.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2 years in a sales support role or as a business analyst in a large, global organization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management or an IT-related field.
  • Skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Power BI, strong commercial awareness, excellent presentation and communication skills, and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce.com, generative AI tools, automation tools like Power Automate, and computing languages such as SQL and DAX.
  • Personal Attributes: Autonomous, self-starter, eager to learn new technical skills, and able to build effective networks within the organization.
  • Language Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.


Travel Requirements:


  • Regular travel for internal meetings.
