Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Pace Logistics in Charlotte, NC. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role requires strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to identify and engage with potential clients to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Experience in account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
