Business Development Specialist

This role is onsite three days a week in the Woodbridge/Bridgewater area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and nurture new and existing client relationships via video, phone calls, and physical meetings.
• Forge influential, enterprise-wide relationships with chief stakeholders to display Robert Half's comprehensive service suite for demanding client initiatives.
• Present clients with strategic marketplace insights and industry trends, solidifying your position as their trusted business advisor.
Requirements:
• A degree in business, with an emphasis on finance or accounting; an MBA or CPA credential would be a significant advantage.
• 5+ years of distinguished professional experiences; prior exposure to public or industry-specific accounting, finance or professional services would be beneficial.
• Exemplary negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly developed relationship-building and persuasion skills, with a knack for influencing all organizational levels.
• Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or any other CRM system.
