Sr. Digital Producer

TVGla is seeking a strong Digital Producer to join our busy team In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and launch of multiple full life-cycle client projects. Working collaboratively with our clients, you will act as a trusted partner and be relied upon to confidently present project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and scope for our client’s digital and social and brand projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance marketing, banner and social projects ensuring their success relevant to timeline, budget and scope while meeting business requirements and strategy working closely with the client and media agencies.
  • Guide cross-functional stakeholders, including both internal and external teams through all phases of production, keeping them up to speed on important milestones and decision points.
  • Build multi-faceted complex creative production plans that include various creative formats and A/B testing strategies.
  • Delegate and oversee project tasks to a small team of Producer and Associate Producers, ensuring project and deliverable continuity.
  • Accountable for tracking and managing project budgets, based on resource allocation, utilization and effort while proactively assessing client needs and proposing solutions that fit their budget when appropriate.
  • Be passionate about delivering effective creative that is delivered on schedule and budget.
  • Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of digital trends and media best practices as related to creative advertising.


Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least 6+ years of hands-on project management / production experience in the digital space; agency experience a plus
  • At least 5+ year experience in a direct client management role, working directly with and delivering to external clients
  • Hands-on experience with BANNER and Social content production for Performance Marketing is a must.
  • Experience managing direct-to-consumer advertising campaigns to promote digital products or subscription services.
  • Experience working with clients in Sports, a plus.
  • Understanding of basic online media standards such as IAB banner sizes and rich media; understanding of media plans.
  • Experience managing social projects on multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge and regular use of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X) and understanding the audience for each.
  • Experience with CRM, a plus.
  • Ability to qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi- tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, requirements gathering, risk assessment and mitigation, and change management skills.
  • Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player with ability to lead and motivate team members to maximize their potential in order to deliver great work.
  • Experience working with more junior producers on the team, mentoring and guiding them to help with their development.
  • Stress-tolerant, quick thinking, accurate and calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work independently.
  • Sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident, pragmatic, level-headed and possess common sense.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Flow, Monday.com, Asana) and business communication platforms (e.g. Basecamp, Slack)
