CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO ASHBURN, VA


The IT Program Manager will be part of the Global Hosting and Data Centers America team, encompassing both SAP and general hosting and cloud infrastructure duties. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and security of client's hosting and cloud operations.


Basic Education, Experience and Skills Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure operations and management.
  • Proven expertise in hosting and cloud platforms, with specific experience in SAP hosting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining Windows and Linux environments.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Industry IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, VMware, AWS) are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and document effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
