The Program Manager will be a key member in our operations team and will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high level program initiatives. As the leader of the program, you will have a strong talent for project delegation and a desire to optimize productivity/program success.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development of high-performing teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Provide regular feedback to staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Develop client relationships fostering a “trusted advisor” status.
- Provide leadership that positively influence change.
- Foster excellent subcontractor and vendor relations.
- Establish, update, and communicate the Project Schedule and assist the project team to manage its implementation.
- Work with preconstruction team in development of proposals and estimates.
- Manage, interpret, and analyze budget and financial reporting to ensure adherence to project budget.
- Implement and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program initiatives.
- Lead project risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing.
- Understand, comply, and advise others on Direct Line’s business ethics and compliance programs.
- Demonstrate high standard of persona, accountability, and integrity. Mentor staff to the same high standards.
- Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement to project performance.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Manage budget for maximum productivity and profit.
- Daily and Monthly reporting responsibilities.
- Drive competencies to project team related to requirements for insurance, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
- Keep management informed on progress and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.
- Provide leadership to foster an environment of diversity and inclusion.
- Work closely with project management to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
- Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience working within data center or structured cabling environments.
- 5+ years in an advanced management role
- Experience in contract negotiations and business administration experience.
- Experience in building teams.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
