Information about the Team

Our team provides a variety of User Experience & Human-Centered Design capabilities.

Our cross-functional team is composed of designers, researchers, strategists that support product outcomes through our product discovery, design and delivery approach.

We work across different business areas and my team is focused on Financial products, specifically Life, Annuity, Investment funds.

Critical Role

Independently drives design sprints, recommends appropriate activities to solve creative problem-solving challenges, drives collaborative problem-solving and creative thinking. Works with customer journeys, personas to inform design decisions. Translates insights into actionable design concepts. Acts as a lead for other designers. Places the customer at the center of everything they do.

Portfolio that demonstrates thought process, affinity mapping, journeys, experience strategy, and outcomes.

Must Haves:

Understands and utilizes design thinking in their creative problem-solving process. Collaborates with development teams to finalize deliverables that communicate detailed designs. Collaborates with design leads and other UX team members regularly. Self-manages time and activities. Places the customer at the center of everything they do.

Portfolio that demonstrates thought process, wireframes, mockups, concepts, and outcomes.
