We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwork Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in woodwork, furniture, cabinetry, and CNC, who is passionate about creating high-quality, innovative millwork designs. The successful candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, Microvellum, Mozaik, Autodesk, and Inventor, and have a keen eye for detail. If you have a knack for problem-solving, a passion for design, and a desire to be part of a vibrant, collaborative team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and engineer detailed millwork packages for a variety of manufacturing projects using AutoCAD, Microvellum, Mozaik, Autodesk, and Inventor.
2. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative, efficient solutions for complex design challenges.
3. Convert architectural drawings and designs into detailed, accurate millwork shop drawings.
4. Operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision millwork components.
5. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet the highest standards of accuracy and finish.
6. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all millwork components are manufactured and installed according to specifications.
7. Continually evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in millwork engineering, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microvellum, Mozaik, Autodesk, and Inventor.
4. Extensive experience with CNC machinery, woodwork, furniture, and cabinetry.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design challenges.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision in all work.
