Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Millwork Engineer to enhance our dynamic team within the manufacturing sector. This role presents the chance to engage in diverse projects, from conceptualizing and developing bespoke millwork to supervising the production process. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Microvellum, cabinetry, CNC operation, and AutoCAD, among other relevant tools and technologies. A minimum of five years of experience in a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop custom millwork and cabinetry utilizing Microvellum and AutoCAD software.
2. Operate and program CNC machinery to fabricate high-quality millwork components.
3. Generate and maintain comprehensive production drawings and specifications for custom projects.
4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to meet design specifications and expectations.
5. Oversee the manufacturing workflow, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely project completion.
6. Apply knowledge of industry standards to ensure product quality.
7. Provide technical support and direction to the production team.
8. Continuously assess and enhance manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and quality.
9. Stay informed on the latest advancements in millwork engineering and manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

1. At least five years of experience in millwork engineering or a similar discipline.
2. Proficient in Microvellum, cabinetry design, CNC operation, AutoCAD, and related software.
3. Strong understanding of millwork manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
4. Exceptional technical drawing abilities with a focus on detail.
5. Strong analytical skills with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
8. High level of creativity in designing and engineering custom millwork solutions.
9. Solid knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
10. A commitment to quality and a passion for producing outstanding millwork and cabinetry.
