Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our staffing solutions. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Territory covers Wood & Hancock counties. Ideal candidate lives in this territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Set appointments with company decision makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Utilize CRM system for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- A passion for people and relationship building
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for presenting ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with business development practices is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
