Job Details
Operate Digital Printing Presses: Set up and operate digital presses to produce printed materials according to job specifications and quality standards.
Job Preparation: Review and interpret job orders, select appropriate materials, and ensure proper setup of the press.
Quality Control: Monitor print quality throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain consistency and meet customer requirements.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of presses to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with the press or print jobs, including jams, print defects, and equipment malfunctions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and job completion times.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
