Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap that aligns with business objectives and growth plans.
• Product Development: Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions for agricultural robotics, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment.
• Technical Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with operations, software, and hardware teams to ensure technology initiatives meet business needs.
• Risk Management: Identify technological risks and ensure compliance with industry standards related to AI and machine learning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in AI and machine learning roles, preferably within the agricultural or robotics sectors. Proven track record in developing complex AI systems.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agricultural operations and field conditions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in agriculture.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience with computer vision and machine learning frameworks.
