With a strong reputation for excellence and client satisfaction, our client is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Delray Beach, FL.


Position Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial ground-up and interiors projects. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any challenges.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFI logs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications and expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports for internal and client updates.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working on commercial ground-up or interiors projects with a general contractor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering results.
