About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. This role requires expertise in managing relationships with general contractors, owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects meet financial and performance expectations. A key responsibility is to oversee project execution, ensuring timely payments and driving profitability while delivering exceptional outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience managing hyper-scale data center projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, leadership, and the ability to manage projects across a variety of scopes.


Key Responsibilities:

In this role, the Senior Project Manager will develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations while driving financial, scheduling, quality, and safety performance. They will act as the primary liaison with clients, managing relationships and ensuring expectations are exceeded. The role involves organizing and leading project teams, defining roles, and optimizing resource allocation. Responsibilities also include monitoring key performance indicators, addressing risks and opportunities within contract terms, and contributing to pre-construction efforts such as budget validation. The Senior Project Manager will oversee compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards, maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery, and lead all phases of complex, large-scale projects valued between $20M and $100M or more. Building and mentoring a high-performing team is essential, with a focus on setting goals, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in hyper-scale data center projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
  • 10+ years in the Electrical or Mechanical Construction industry, with 5+ years of leadership and project management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
