Position Overvie

wWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience, or a strong interest, in handling complex and sophisticated commercial and business litigation matters

Key Responsibiliti

esCase and Project Management: Perform tasks on a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. Experience with intake, case management, and data base management is essentia

l.
Legal Strategy: Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clien

ts.
Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and ensure adherence to legal precede

nts.
Legal Writing: Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal docum

ents.
Trial Activities: Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, depositions, hearings, and mediations/arbitra

tions.
Discovery: Possess experience in processing and analyzing large quantities of documents and data, particularly in eDiscovery and electronically stored information

(ESI).
Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular

updates.
