POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to join our executive team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of VaxCare by leading our sales strategy, building, and inspiring a high-performing sales team, and establishing our market presence on the West Coast. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment and a track record of success in solution selling.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance VaxCare's service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our solutions and address market needs.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
