Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Miami

About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide Desktop Support:

  • Deliver exceptional desktop support services to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for both Windows and Mac operating systems.

SCCM and Intune Management:

  • Utilize expertise in SCCM and Intune for software deployment, updates, and configuration management.
  • Implement and maintain security policies through SCCM and Intune.

Active Directory Administration:

  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues.

Tanium Operations:

  • Leverage Tanium for endpoint security, asset management, and software deployment.
  • Conduct regular health checks and implement improvements to Tanium infrastructure.

Imaging and Deployment:

  • Proficient in imaging computers using industry-standard tools.
  • Coordinate and execute large-scale deployments of hardware and software.

User Training and Documentation:

  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT best practices and self-help solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Expertise in SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Tanium.
  • Strong understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience in imaging computers and managing large-scale deployments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows 10, etc.) are a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
