As the Creative Services Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and assets in support of our omni-channel business (Amazon, www. and wholesale) via digital and social media, PR, retail go-to-market materials, packaging, events, and partnerships. If you love creating inspiring consumer and retail marketing and believe you can contribute to an environment that finds new ways to inspire your team, customers, and consumers, you are the perfect candidate. Reporting to this role will be a combination of in house and 3P resources across traffic, photo/video, design and copy.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


Inspired Creative

  • Lead your team to deliver inspiring creative that engages consumers, customers and meets business objectives.
  • Message and visual design that engages our highly connected core consumer with campaigns that are on-time, on-tone, and on-target.
  • Develop and oversee the creative vision for our webstore, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and values.
  • Create and curate mood boards that capture the essence of our products and inspire our target audience.
  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets for use on our webstore, including banners, product images, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and product development teams to ensure that creative assets align with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve our creative output.


Project Management & Process Development

  • Understand the business goals of each business leader to help guide prioritization, guiding discussions about timelines, priorities, and resourcing.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, adjusting assignments and deadlines to ensure operational fluidity.
  • Craft and implement creative processes that not only raise the bar for quality, but also maximize workflow efficiency. Determine the best tools to foster effective communication and project tracking.


Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and direction to graphic designers, photographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Oversee requests, schedule necessary meetings, and track ongoing project statuses, while holding team members accountable for outcomes.
  • Mentor, train, nurture and develop internal and 3rd party teams.
  • Act as a key leader within our highly creative, results-driven organization.


Budget Oversight

  • Manage the creative services budget, ensuring project timelines are met and deliverables achieved.
  • Implement creative enablement process that reports on utilization, capacity, volume and velocity of our creative team.
  • Lead the quarterly creative resourcing planning with the senior leaders and creatives to align creative resourcing to key business initiatives & BAU workstreams.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Education and/or Experience

  • BS or BA in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of marketing operations and/or creative services experience with a B2B, B2C, and E-commerce perspective. Prior experience in both wholesale and E-Commerce (omni-channel business) strongly preferred. Digital experience is a must.
  • 4+ years’ experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience implementing, owning, and managing tools and processes including project management, digital asset management and marketing resource management.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail.
  • MacOS experience preferred.
