Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials, employment documentation, and introduction to company policies.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment and questions regarding health, retirement, and other benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and assist in developing training materials.
  • Process and verify payroll information in collaboration with the payroll department.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including gathering feedback and maintaining performance documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the HR team in compliance-related matters, ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, company events, and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in a coordinator capacity
