We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Repair and Service Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service and repair operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, and on time. This position requires strong management skills, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities, and what you day would look like

·        Manage the day-to-day tasks of a small in-house repair team and field technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

·        Plan and prioritize service and repair pipelines to meet customer deadlines and company goals.

·        Monitor inventory and supervise both the parts room and shipping employees. Continuously look for ways to minimize inventory and keep an organized warehouse.

·        Use KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings and implement appropriate solutions. Report KPIs to management.

·        Handle escalated customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.

·        Stay current on industry trends and best practices and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.

·        You will be working with senior management and report directly to the president of the company.



Requirements:

·        Associate degree as a minimum with service experience, or preferably a BS/BA degree.

·        2 years of experience in a similar role, working with mechanical or electronic parts or ATMs is a plus.

·        Technical knowledge and experience in working with an inventory system is a plus.

·        Proven management abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and achieving results.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and team members.

·        High level of organization and attention to detail,

·        Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

·        Computer literacy is MANDATORY; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
