Role Overview: As a Remote Staffing Sales Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by spearheading enterprise account management and new business development initiatives. Your expertise in IT staffing combined with your proven track record in sales will be instrumental in expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT staffing with a solid understanding of the Seattle market.
  • Proven success in enterprise account management and new business development within the staffing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
