Role Description

This is a position for Professional Fiduciary Support at CONOVER LAW LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various fiduciary tasks, including managing client accounts, organizing legal documents, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements, in addition to direct client contact and management. This opportunity is located in Greenwood Village, CO, with flexibility for remote work. Will consider part time or contract services, salary based upon experience and employment structure.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal and financial documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related financial software
  • Knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Previous experience in a legal or fiduciary positions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
