Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator - HYBRID

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)


Job Overview:

We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Recruitment team In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Partnering with assigned recruiters, you'll provide comprehensive planning, clear communication, and logistical support for all interview arrangements (phone, video, and in-person), background checks, and new hire pre-boarding/onboarding.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage interview scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Collaborate on pre-boarding and on-boarding processes, working with TA recruiters, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and new hires.
  • Ensure completion, accuracy, and processing of on-boarding documentation to facilitate new employee setup. Maintain communication with the Employee Data Management team for timely new hire data entry into the HRIS system.
  • Process and monitor background check requests, guaranteeing on-time I-9 completion.
  • Assist and resolve questions or challenges faced by candidates, recruiters, HR, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process.
  • Provide timely responses to all parties involved.
  • Manage candidate data progression by updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and offering first-level support.
  • Process employee referrals and travel expense reimbursements for external candidates.
  • Partner with Global Mobility to manage visa and green card requisition processes.
  • Foster professional and consistent communication with all stakeholders involved in recruitment.


Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience and education considered)
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or team administration
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify when to escalate issues
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management and background check processes
  • Familiarity with I-9 documentation
  • Knowledge of Global Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR)
  • Experience using Avature (ATS/CRM), Modern Hire/Montage digital interviewing tools, and background check vendors a strong plus
  • Experience with high-volume pre-boarding tasks within a manufacturing environment
