Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and excellent leadership skills. Previous experience in the beer industry is preferred.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base

- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure targets are met

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports

- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management


Skills:

- Proven track record of success in outside sales or account management roles

- Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales activities and tracking performance

- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed
