### Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Utilize design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro to create designs.
- Apply user-centered design principles to develop wireframes, prototypes, and task flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create personas and journey maps based on user research and data.
- Communicate design decisions and processes effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage design projects to ensure user-friendly software solutions.
- Find innovative solutions to UX problems related to usability and findability.

### Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of web application projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript/React is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, or a related discipline preferred but not required.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

### Preferred Skills
- Experience with portal or user interface projects.
- Background in project management and user research.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
- Long-term commitment to roles, with minimal job hopping unless specified as previous contracts.

### Work Environment
- Hybrid role with predominantly remote work, requiring onsite presence at least one day per week.
- Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado.
- 40 hours per week with flexible in-office requirements as needed.
- This role supports a critical bank priority of enhancing digital transformation.

### Interview Process
1
**First Interview**: 30-minute video call (Technical & Managerial).
2
**Second Interview**: Panel interview.
- Candidates should be prepared to showcase specific work they have done.

### Additional Information
