Product Development:

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale engineering projects, with a proven track record of launching successful enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in JVM languages such as Java or Kotlin, along with experience in SpringBoot.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability to agile development environments.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong focus on product development and market needs.
- Experience in project management, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Proven capability in designing and leading technical architecture for large-scale applications.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring engineers to advance their careers.
Compensation and Benefits:
