Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer / AI Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytical techniques. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative algorithms and models that drive our products and solutions.


Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide AI-driven solutions.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into our projects.

- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Communicate complex concepts and the results of the analyses in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.

- Significant research experience in a relevant field.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Pandas).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and understanding of scalable computing systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills and proficiency in presenting complex data in an understandable format.
