Junior Software Engineer (Temporary - 3 Months) - Northern NJ (Start Date: May 1st)


About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and collaborative Junior Enterprise Application Developer to join our team for a 3-month temporary position covering a medical leave. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining critical enterprise applications, working closely with senior developers.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, documenting, testing, creating, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
  • Write high-quality code under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing throughout the development lifecycle.


You're a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience developing enterprise applications (or demonstrably relevant experience).
  • Understanding of programming best practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with the .NET framework (a plus).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language like VB.NET, VBA, C#, or Javascript (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience with SQL and relational database systems (SSMS, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS) a plus.
  • Strong communication, detail orientation, and planning/organization skills.
