Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator at Aviva Metals in Lorain, OH. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, performing quality control checks, conducting milling and lathe machining operations, and ensuring the proper functioning of machinery. This is a second shift position with working hours from 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday-Thursday


Qualifications

  • Lathe/Mill Operation and Machinery skills
  • Quality Control experience
  • Mill and Lathe expertise
  • Knowledge of CNC machine operations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
  • Experience with tooling and fixture setup
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience in metalworking or manufacturing industry is preferred
