We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure that everyone involved in the project understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively to avoid cost overruns. Prepare financial reports and ensure timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards. Conduct safety training and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or changes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
