Temporary Part-Time Personal Assistant


LHH has partnered with a great client in the Nashville, TN area to help find a talented Personal Assistant to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. The successful candidate will be a thought partner and provide personalized administrative support to the client, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Pay Range: $22-26/HR, depending on experience


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the employer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases in both digital and physical formats.
  • Conduct research on various topics as requested and be able to think ahead.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as errands, shopping, and household management.
  • Coordinate with other staff members and external parties to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, printing, and filing.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when necessary.
