Petersburg, United States Elite Medicare Specialists Full time

Promote senior solution insurance products through organized sales presentations to individuals and consumer groups, arranging private appointments, and conducting outbound phone outreach to potential clients. Follow up on sales leads, referrals, and conduct independent prospecting. Educate prospective members on product details, pricing, and services, facilitating enrollment as needed. Cultivate relationships with medical providers, senior organizations, and community leaders to expand awareness of our suite of insurance offerings. Identify opportunities to introduce supplementary products like dental and vision coverage. Additionally, provide assistance to existing members with service-related inquiries.


Requirements

  • Preferred- two to three years of business-to-consumer sales experience.
  • Preferred- active Health & Life Insurance License and CMS Required Certification.
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and senior-focused organizations within the designated area.
  • Proficiency in technology to support sales presentations and lead management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
  • Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, establishing community contacts, soliciting referrals etc.
  • Evaluate individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
  • Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to sales manager/coordinator
  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
  • Maintain all state, federal and carrier certifications

Skills

  • Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance plans
  • Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
  • Proven ability to work with goals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
  • High school or BS degree
