Business Applications Manager

QUAD is currently seeking a Business Applications Manager for a manufacturer located in the Jim Thorpe, PA area.

The Business Applications Manager will be responsible for business process design, frameworks, and interfaces application, analysis, and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining application portfolio and solutions
  • Completing business and technical requirements analysis and translation
  • Documenting solution architecture design and analysis
  • Determining solutions drivers change requirements
  • Preparing business requirements changes for applications
  • Assisting with application design
  • Monitoring current-state solution portfolio and identifying deficiencies
  • Analyzing market trends, competitors, and technology industry
  • Evaluating and selecting software services and product standards

Skills/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years business application or solutions maintenance experience, including middleware, database management, clod development, or technical or infrastructure architecture
  • Knowledge of various and diver processing environments, platforms, and technologies
  • Solid understanding of emerging technology trends and application of existing and emerging technologies
  • Ability to deliver executive level presentations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Through knowledge of various database technologies, budgeting, and project management

Additional Details:

Salary: $140-$160k + bonus
