Our challenge

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Manager to lead the QA team in developing detailed test automation plans and test cases for software releases, ensuring that all functionalities are covered.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy, aligned with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
  • Lead the QA automation team in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks.
  • Manage and maintain the test automation environment and infrastructure.
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members on automation best practices and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in automation tools and technologies.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and track Quality Assurance (QA) metrics.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
  • Expertise in one or more automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.


It would be great if you also had:

  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Worked in Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Exposure to cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
