Position Overview:

Just Courts is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by creating proposals, submitting bids, and managing client accounts. As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of building relationships with potential clients, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and contributing to the overall success of Just Courts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to tailor proposals and solutions accordingly.
  • Proposal Creation:
  • Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals for pickleball court construction projects.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure accurate and realistic proposals.
  • Bid Submission:
  • Identify relevant bid opportunities and submit competitive bids.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
  • Account Management:
  • Manage client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team for business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in the construction or sports facility industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and detailed proposals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with the pickleball industry is a plus.
