Job Description:

As an Event Ticket Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Make outbound calls daily to generate new leads
  • Engage with clients over the phone, effectively utilizing sales strategies to close deals and register clients into events - Tickets ranging from $500-$5k.
  • Sell tickets by presenting options to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of each offering.
  • Generate cash sales while meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales targets (high volume sales role with a target of 8 deals per week).
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds daily metrics.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • GED or high school diploma preferred
  • At least 1 year sales experience preferred
  • Willing to commute to on-site location Monday - Friday, and weekends (as scheduled).


Compensation:

On target earnings (at minimum) are $80,000+/year, which includes a $36,000 base. Top performers are currently earning $250,000+/year.
