HR Operations Associate,  Bala Cynwyd, PA
Schedule M-F core hours of 8am-5pm.
Remote position, but will need to be able to report to the office from time to time for meetings/events etc.
  • HR Operations Associate supports the UPHS Onboarding team by completing administrative type tasks, such as auditing candidate files, reviewing completion of onboarding contingencies, and conducting candidate communication and follow-up.
  • Manage the onboarding audit process(es) including:
  • Conduct systematic review of all new hire and internal transfer files weekly to ensure accuracy and compliance of position requirements
  • Complete a pre-audit the week prior to orientation to identify missing onboarding contingencies and ensure adequate resource allotment to reduce risk of start date push
  • Manage distribution of audit reports and communication
  • Follow-up and verify completion of all identified audit action items
  • Find common audit trends and areas of opportunity
    Escalate these to leadership.
  • Assist in new hire communication, as needed to increase accurate and timely completion of onboarding contingencies
  • Assist in orientation prep tasks and communication, as needed.
  • Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization.
EDU - HS/GED equivalent
High desired experience includes human resource recruitment/ onboarding, operations, or project management.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
