As an Operations Associate, you will contribute to a fast-growing portfolio of companies at the nexus of technology and global business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and a go-getter who loves to problem-solve in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.


***This role requires on-site work at our Bala Cynwyd office on a full-time basis. A hybrid schedule of 3-4 days per week in office can be explored after training and ramp period is successfully completed. We will only consider candidates who are within a reasonable commuting distance.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in various operations projects across our portfolio companies.
  • Lead the planning to follow-up on operations projects.
  • Prioritize requests from internal stakeholders, including management and business development teams, providing timely solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Contribute to research projects aimed at fostering the growth of our companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and deliver results.
  • Be involved in any ad hoc tasks as needed.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
  • Extremely organized and capable of communicating professionally.
  • Willingness to work on a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented, driven, and focused mindset.
  • Skillful managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and mature decision-making capabilities.
  • A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for our mission.


Highly Desired but not Required:

  • 0-2 years of internship or professional work experience in a startup, B2B, professional services, or legal context.
  • Experience in operations or business development operations is a plus.
