Title: Corporate Development Vice President


Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a top-tier, high end, Industrials firm that is looking to grow the team in their Miami office. The firm is constantly growing and providing great stability for their work environment. The Corporate Development Vice President will have the opportunity to join a team that is on track to have another great year gaining experience working with top executives in the industry.

Corporate Development Vice President will be responsible for:

  • Manage and create excel-based Industrial manufacturing forecast market models.
  • Perform multiple kinds of research using different inputs such as the news, industry-specific databases.
  • Help in the distillation of data into discrete analyses.
  • Be creative in the support of senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.


Corporate Development Vice President should have the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Private Equity within the Industrials manufacturing space.
  • Experience across the whole life cycle of the M&A process.
  • Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods.
