Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
Data collection and analysis:
- Identifying and leveraging Market research tools and databases to identify good fit leads within client targeted Hubs and territories.
- Identify and maintain best in class Hub guardrails, including development and maintenance of assessment tools for analyzing Regional Hubs and supporting progression to best in class.
- Partnering with client finance team with ongoing development and implementation of tools that support best in class Hub progression, sales and margin growth, and key account and product growth.
- Collaborating with Field Operations and National Accounts teams to develop strategies for progressing targeted Hubs to best in class.
- Partnering with finance team with ongoing development and implementation of tools that support best in class Hub progression, sales and margin growth, and key account and product growth.
Inside Sales:
- Actively manage and coordinate new sales opportunities through the following inbound lead channels: Trade shows, website, email, inbound calls to corporate, etc.
- Partner with Director of Marketing, Director of National Accounts, and VP of Field Operations on outbound cold calls and emails to targeted leads within targeted Hubs. Pursue first meeting, first demo, first close.
- Proactively partner with Director of Marketing, Director of National Accounts, and VP of Field Operations on the development and execution of an outbound call strategy to Full Service customers and Marketing leads to drive first meetings, first demos and first close of optimal products.
Education and Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1+ years in marketing related functions
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications
- Experience working with CRM software
- Experience and aptitude in research and data analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to present programs and services to current and prospective customers
