With a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dedicated Director of Accounting to join their team.


The Director of Accounting plays a pivotal role in providing financial guidance to ensure the proper utilization and safeguarding of our client’s physical and financial assets. This role is responsible for ensuring that financial statements present a fair view of the company's financial position and are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Focus:

  • financial leadership and guidance to ensure the proper utilization and safeguarding of the organization's assets.
  • financial statements accurately present the financial position of the organization and are prepared in conformity with GAAP.
  • with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • financial management activities including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, auditing, and receivables control.
  • regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, CPA, or equivalent highly desirable.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as MS Office suite, and standard office equipment.
