The FASNY Firefighter's Home is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Facilities to join our team at our Hudson campus. The Firefighter's Home is a premier nursing home that proudly serves retired NYS Volunteer Firefighter's, Auxiliary members and their spouses. We are looking for someone who has experience in a variety of building trades, HVAC, basic plumbing, and electrical, and a strong capability for diagnosing problems, especially property management of large campuses, and a history of managing high performance teams. Interested candidates will have a clean driving record, and a strong maintenance background. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in nursing homes. This position will require occasional weekend and holiday hours. Candidates will be expected to meet all guidelines for working in a nursing home in NYS, which includes a criminal background check.
