O&I Sales Executive

A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for a highly reputable Moving and Relocation company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
They are looking for an experienced O&I Sales Executive to join their well-established moving team.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for finding and securing new moving and relocation business.
- Develop a thorough selling approach using a hunter-sales attitude based on market dynamics and self-generate qualified office-moving prospects.
- Effectively establish trust and credibility with influential local market participants and moving clients.
- keeping a healthy moving pipeline of suitable sales possibilities.
- Respect all moving business sales guidelines and constantly achieve or surpass KPIs.
- Continually offer accurate moving sales projections and take an active position in weekly sales meetings.
- Other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Preferably educated to bachelor's degree level.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, as well as a generally professional demeanour.
- Be able to work independently and take initiative.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Preferable experience in project management, commercial real estate, office relocating, and commercial furniture moving sales.
- Working knowledge of the CRMs and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
