A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for a highly reputable Moving and Relocation company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

They arelooking for an experienced O&I Sales Executiveto join their well-established moving team.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for finding and securing new moving and relocation business.

Develop a thorough selling approach using a hunter-sales attitude based on market dynamics and self-generate qualified office-moving prospects.

Effectively establish trust and credibility with influential local market participants and moving clients.

keeping a healthy moving pipeline of suitable sales possibilities.

Respect all moving business sales guidelines and constantly achieve or surpass KPIs.

Continually offer accurate moving sales projections and take an active position in weekly sales meetings.

Other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Preferably educated to bachelor's degree level.

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, as well as a generally professional demeanor.

Be able to work independently and take initiative.

Must be a self-starter.

Preferable experience in project management, commercial real estate, office relocating, and commercial furniture moving sales.

Working knowledge of the CRMs and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
