About the role

We're on the hunt for a creative and innovative Designer to join our dynamic team at Arena Club. This role is crucial for bringing our digital marketplace to life, ensuring it's not only functional but visually stunning and user-friendly. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create design solutions that enhance user experience and engagement. Your designs will be at the heart of our mission to transform the collectibles space, requiring a blend of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital design trends.


What you will do

Join our team as a Digital Designer to bring innovative designs to life in our digital marketplace. You'll craft visually stunning designs for our website, mobile apps, and promotional materials, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll turn user feedback into actionable design improvements and play a key role in mobile app development.


Minimum requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating graphics, layouts, and interfaces for mobile consumer apps
  • Skills: Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to clearly articulate design concepts
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • Time Management: Skilled at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines


Preferred qualifications

  • 3+ years of design experience
  • Advanced degree or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related fields
  • Experience in mobile app design for iOS and Android platforms
  • Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, including user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Advanced skills in design software and knowledge of web and mobile app development technologies. Familiarity with motion design software is a plus
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, capable of leading design projects from start to finish
  • Interest in sports, collectibles, or digital marketplaces, with knowledge of current trends and technologies in these sectors
